This reminds me of the several courses I took with James Lawley, foremost expert on Clean Interviewing, a way of avoiding undue influence using Clean Language questions (originated in field of psychology by David Grove, a Māori who came to the US to study business but couldn’t get into a business class he wanted and took a psych class instead, and the rest is history)
